The system records the growth and development of children of 0-5 years, connecting maternal and child health services to other social services and demonstrating the impact and effect of the home monitoring approach.
Case Study
Purpose 0-5 supervision component of the system is to monitor all mother and children upon discharge from maternity houses. System aims to identify and register in the electronic system any problem that may negatively affect the child’s growth and development (for example: family environment, nutritional status, care practices, mother’s health condition and etc.) and ensure adequate response. Different assessment tools are integrated into the system to evaluate mother’s and child’s health
