The system enables registration of complete medical record of pregnant women and newborns countrywide, despite funding sources and citizenship status.

Case Study

Birth registry – system enables registration of complete medical records of pregnant women and newborns countrywide, despite funding sources and citizenship status. System allows authorized medical personnel with relevant access rights to view beneficiary’s medical history and make informed decision regarding patient’s treatment.

The system has been launched from 1 january 2016, represetning a part of the unified Health Management Information System. System exchanges information in real time mode with other databases and helps medical personnel and state Institutions to make informed decisions. The system is also used as a tool for the Ministry of labor, Health and Social affairs for management of the state program of pregnant women and newborns.
